InnerAction Media this week won a 2015 national bronze Telly Award for their marketing efforts for Frank’s Auto Supermarket, an automotive after market retail chain.
The Telly Awards was founded in 1979 and is the premier award honoring outstanding local, regional and cable TV commercials and programs, video and film productions, online commercials, video and films. Winners represent the best work of advertising agencies, production companies, television stations, cable operators and corporate video departments in the world.
IAM’s automotive TV campaign was developed for the Pittsburgh DMA (designated market area) to showcase Frank’s seven stores on local TV.
“We were looking for a fresh approach to our TV commercials,” said Petrina Supler, marketing director at Frank’s Auto Supermarket. “Something that resonated with our target audience. As a third-generation company, we wanted to capture that traditional ‘Sunday afternoon garage mechanic’ and pass that tradition down to the younger generations.”
