Originally from Hopewell, Pennsylvania, Jim is a 39 year resident of Morgantown.
He graduated from West Virginia University with a BS in Advertising from the Perley Issac Reed School of Journalism in 1988. He has extensive experience in leadership positions with media companies in newspaper (The Dominion Post), television (WBOY - 12NEWS), cable (Rutter Media), direct mail (VALPAK), radio (100.9 FM) and Internet. Jim is 55 years old and is currently active in, and has held leadership positions with the Morgantown Area Chamber of Commerce (6 year Board Member), PACE Enterprises (Board President 5 years), Rotary Club of Morgantown (Past-President), Mountaineer Chapter BNI (Leadership Team), and the West Virginia Miracle Baseball League (Founding Board member and 16+ year coach).
Jim is also the author of "Marketing Matters" book and the founder and host of Positively West Virginia, a weekly iTunes podcast that highlights business leaders making a positive contribution to West Virginia.
Jim lives in Morgantown with his wife Rebekah Matuga, and has two children Dylan (30 years old) and Jordan (28 years old).
Jim and Rebekah have two Chihuahuas Daisy and Petunia. Jim and Rebekah are active volunteers with Chestnut Ridge Church, Chestnut Mountain Ranch, Rotary International, Miracle League baseball, United Way, and love to spend time in the outdoors traveling, fishing, camping and adventuring. They both have a passion for making West Virginia a better place for all.

Dylan was raised in North Central West Virginia. He received a degree in broadcast communications with a specialization in cinematic arts from Liberty University in December 2013. Dylan delights in helping clients craft their stories in an effort to make sincere connections with their audience through the use of film. His experience in video production includes co-founding a marketing agency in 2012 and producing/directing several campus promotional pieces for the University.
Dylan is a lover of frisbee, cheesy action movies and protein. He enjoys being outside with his wife Kelsey and their pup Scoop.

Liza is a graduate of West Virginia University and won a National Daytime Emmy Award in 2006. She has years of experience producing cable and network TV shows in New York City for TLC, Discovery, NBC News and the Fox Broadcasting Network. Upon returning to Morgantown, Liza started Park Street Productions to help business owners share their stories and connect with customers. She recently joined the InnerAction team and looks forward to telling your story.
Liza is also a mom, a wife, a part time runner and she has never read a book to which she couldn’t fall asleep.

She is a graduate of the Perley Isaac Reed School of Journalism at West Virginia University with a degree in Broadcast Journalism.Megan spent five years roaming West Virginia as a reporter at WBOY 12 News, mainly in Monongalia County. This is where she became familiar with all of the great things that West Virginia has to offer and met many great people along the way.
Megan is taking on the role of the IAM Multimedia Journalist and is excited to help tell the unique stories of clients throughout the area.

Abbie was born and raised outside of Philadelphia in the Lehigh Valley. West Virginia University brought her to the mountain state where she received a degree in broadcast journalism with a minor in sports marketing. Abbie spent the last three years as an on-air sports personality at WBOY 12 News in Clarksburg where she began her career in media. Abbie is a true storyteller and her passion lies in creating relationships with everyone she works with. She continues to grow her extensive media experience through storytelling, video, photo and social media work. Abbie enjoys the outdoors whether it’s kayaking, hiking or finding the “most Instagram-able” spots in West Virginia. She also enjoys cheering on Philadelphia sports teams (while trying not to get overly upset over them!) practicing yoga and fitness, and dining at local restaurants in whatever town she’s visiting.
